These terms govern your use of the Q4 Women in Tech Summit website, free community access, and the VIP All-Access Pass (the "Service"), operated by Girl Tech LLC, trading as Girl Tech HQ ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or make a purchase, you are contracting with Girl Tech LLC.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Free registration gives you access to live summit sessions inside the Girl Tech HQ Skool community. The $97 VIP All-Access Pass adds access to available session replays, subject to each speaker's permission.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, or have authority to bind the organization you represent. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law;
• engaging in fraud, spam, or harassment;
• infringing intellectual property rights, including recording, copying, or redistributing sessions or replays;
• interfering with security, introducing malware, probing systems, or scraping content;
• sharing, reselling, or transferring your access to others.

5. Intellectual property

Girl Tech LLC and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including the website, software, documentation, branding, and summit content. Speakers retain rights in their own presentations. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Payments, billing and refunds

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars, and any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Your bank statement may show the charge as LINK.COM* followed by our name.

The VIP All-Access Pass is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Service availability

We work hard to deliver a great event, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Schedules and speakers may change.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Session content is educational and not professional advice. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the latest version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, and disputes will be handled by the courts located there.
